Narellan Pilates Studio is a fully equipped studio with:

• 3 studio reformers
• 1 Trapeze table
• 1 Wunda Chair
• a spine corrector
• plus Swiss balls
• Pilates roller and rings and other small props and apparatus.

We focus on individual attention and instruction.

There are no REGULAR  group mat exercise classes at this studio.
