STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY:24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR
POSTPONE AN APPOINTMENT.
We realise that occasionally circumstances may cause a client to have to cancel an appointment without sufficient notice due to illness or emergency. While we are understanding of this, late cancellations have an unfortunate impact on our timetable and cause inconvenience.POSTPONE AN APPOINTMENT.
We are able to cope with 1 late cancellation per client per 10 sessions or 11 weeks. If you have purchased a package, reserved an appointment time & cancel your session on the day, you will unfortunately forfeit that session in the package. If there is a 3rd late cancellation within the 11 week period, you risk losing your preferred day and appointment time & may have to go to end of a list of clients awaiting certain session times.
FEES - Inc G.S.T. & EFTPOS/Credit Card Merchant fees - Effective from 1st JULY 2009

SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS:
ALL Sessions are 1 hour
CONDITIONS: 5 Session Packages expire within 6 weeks of purchase date. One (1) hold for a period no longer than four (4) weeks is available for this package.
CONDITIONS: 10 Session Packages expire within 11 weeks of purchase date. One (1) hold for a period no longer than eight (8) weeks is available for this package.
1 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS:
Entitles membership up to 2 SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS PER WEEK
CONDITIONS: 1 Month Special Pass expires within 30 calendar days from date of purchase. There is no extension of the expiry date for cancellations etc. One hold for a period no longer than 30 days is available for this pass.
