A membership series allows clients to book a maximum 2 sessions per week during a term. This offer is available to existing clients as well as new business BUT EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- 3rd Party Insurance or Worker’s Compensation Claims
- Initial Consultations
- Private Sessions or Sessions booked outside of Studio Hours
- Clients with specific, persistent or chronic conditions

1. Minimum weekly payment amount is $30.00 per week. This amount is payable on a weekly or fortnightly basis and includes GST. A Direct Debit Request form must be completed to authorise debits.
2. A once only set up fee of $2.20 payable to Ezy Debit Australia and debited to a nominated account is applicable.
3. Transaction fees are also applicable in the amount of $1.10 per Bank Account transaction or 2.2% Mastercard/Visa transaction (minimum $1.10)
4. Minimum term is 12 weeks. Series term automatically renews every 12 weeks unless specified by client. There is no charge for auto renewals.
5. All payments must be debited form a bank or credit card account. THERE ARE NO CASH PURCHASES FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP. (A DDR_25195 Ezy Debit Client Form must be completed to authorise debits.)
6. The membership allows the client to book and attend a maximum 2 Semi-Private sessions per week during a term as set by Narellan Pilates Studio administrator.
