24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE AN APPOINTMENT!

CANCELLATION/SUSPENSION OF SERIES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. A series may be cancelled at any time provided 2 WEEKS notice is given in writing to Narellan Pilates Studio administrator. A cancellation fee of $30 may apply if the membership is terminated before the end of the series term.

2. Two (2) suspensions of payments per year (at no charge to the client) for no longer than 6 weeks are permitted. 7 days notice in writing must be provided with specific dates for suspending and restarting payments. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENTS CANNOT BE SUSPENDED FOR THE TERM BREAKS! The auto debit fees are calculated to cover the cost of an average weekly visit during our studio terms. Then this payment is spread over 12 months and auto debit clients are rewarded with extra weekly sessions that make up for the times we are closed or you are unable to attend. The average cost of a normal session is $35.50

3. Once a series is terminated, all set up fees once again apply if re starting a membership series.
