Initial Consultation – A pre requisite before booking into any private or semi private studio session. An Initial Consultation includes a full pre exercise screen, musculoskeletal and bio mechanical assessment and a one on one session with the instructor of your choice. A specifically structured Pilates program is designed for the individual client within the parameters of age, posture, body type, fitness level, medical conditions or diagnosed pre existing conditions, specific needs or goals. Private One on One – Private sessions are recommended for those individuals with very specific needs that require closer attention from our qualified instructors or practitioners and, for those individuals who would like to maximise results or are working towards a specific goal. Please contact the studio for individual session times and instructor availability.
Work Cover or Third Party Insurance – Narellan Pilates Studio has practitioners qualified in delivering Workers Compensation and Third Party Injury rehabilitation Pilates programs. Please contact the studio for individual session times and practitioner availability.
Duet Session – Private 2 clients – 1 hour of instruction with the instructor/practitioner of your choice. A popular session for couples, family members or friends who would like to share a particular session time or, who may have similar needs or goals.
Semi Private Sessions
Semi Private Sessions – Semi Private Sessions are the most popular way to book regular studio sessions. A maximum of 4 clients are booked into an hour session with 1 instructor who delivers an individualised program to each client. A semi private session is an economical way to receive individual instruction in an intimate environment and a fun way to socialise with other clients in the studio. Semi Private Sessions can be booked online or in the studio after the pre requisite Initial Consultation.
